Love it! I am 5'3 and 197 and I ordered a large. Tight! It is meant to be so don't look at is as a bad thing being so fitted. The tank top stays in place pretty well also. I wear it under a shirt for work and it is so flattering. The super fitted part actually starts right under your chest. You can feel the line on the shirt where that starts. Accentuates the waist by doing so!

I could not believe what a difference this top makes. I purchased a pair of jeans I adore but they only had them a size smaller than I needed. I had 360 degree muffin top. I can deal with it on the sides and front, but not the back. Before this shape wear cami I looked like a busted cookie tube in these jeans. They looked great from the waist down and now they look great above the waist. Wow, I wasn't expecting such a dramatic change. This shaper is magical! It does flatten the girls a bit, but that's not a bad thing and I don't know if it will be uncomfortable as the day wears on. it's very supportive and no need to wear a bra with this. I also must say, having been a plus size lady more than half of my life, that it would be pretty effective if I were still at my higher weight, which is anywhere between 136 -155 lbs. I recently lost over 30 lbs so the effect is more dramatic because it is mainly tucking in some loose skin and another 5 extra lbs of flab that won't budge. Very very pleased!

I am 5’4”, 138lbs, bought XL because I didn’t want to be squeezed too much. I definitely could fit into a size large if I wanted firmer shaping, but for my purposes the extra-large is perfect. These shapeware tank tops with removable breast pads are phenomenal! I love them so much, they smooth lumps and bumps without squeezing or pinching or rolling. And the pads are the perfect thickness to hide nipples, but are not too bulky. They have held up beautifully, I wash them on gentle and dry them on low with the rest of my delicate laundry.

I was looking for a white form fitting tank top that I can wear with anything & anytime. WOW! I was very impressed with this shirt. I normally wear a size small so I ordered a size small & it fits perfect. I can see myself ordering more of these too.
